If clicking on a Magic link does not work to log you in, this may be intended functionality. For security purposes, to ensure that the proper recipient is logging in, magic links must be requested AND redeemed from the same device OR IP address. 

A common problem is requesting the magic link from a desktop browser on WiFi and attempting to redeem it from a smartphone on a cellular network. Since these are two different devices on two different networks the redemption fails. To remedy, have the reader connect their smartphone to the same WiFi network and redeem the magic link.

Also, magic links expire two hours after they are requested. You can generate and send a reader an admin issued magic link that expires within 24 hours directly from the CRM. To do this, find the reader's record in the CRM, click the menu in the top right and select 'Send magic link'.
