Basic information on the audience members (device, location, etc) can be found in the CRM tool of the publisher dashboard, which can be exported as a comma-separated value (CSV) file.  Some optional fields, like Gender and DOB can be found if the user linked with Facebook and allowed this information to be shared with Pico.  Stripe does not require this information during payment process.

The CRM tab in the Publisher Dashboard contains a complete list of anybody registered or subscribed to a Pico account. There is a column for membership type that can help segment different users between paying/non-paying.

This information can be synced with MailChimp as part of the segmentation process.
