1. Follow us on Twitter
@PicoNetworks is where we announce major new product features and highlight some of our favorite pieces of writing from the Pico community or about the digital media industry.
@PicoSupport is the account you should mention when responding to followers who have questions about their account. We will then follow up with the user directly.
@PicoStatus is where we report our maintenance and upgrade activity. In most cases, our software updates will not require your attention, but on occasion, they may briefly disrupt the user experience for your visitors.

Use Intercom in the Publisher app to contact Pico. Just click the little green icon in the bottom and start up a conversation with a Pico support staff.

We maintain a public Trello board here that provides a high-level view of the features, bug fixes, and infrastructure work we have planned in the coming months. Smaller bugs may not be listed, so if you encounter a problem that isn't noted on our Trello board, please send us a help ticket.
